You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange any item for a different size or color. All exchanges must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

Exclusion Items:

Please note that Klub KA, Mystery Box, Awareness Collection, and custom-sized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
